FREIGHT POLICY / PROGRAM

Free Freight Offers — Standard Packages (UPS Package)
- Free Freight on orders $500 & up (US48).
- We reserve the right to choose the method of shipping.
- We pay freight up to 10% of the invoice on $500 or larger orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, based on the lowest cost routing available.
- Dealers may request “premium” shipping service such as next day delivery at their expense. If the order qualifies for free freight, the dealer will be given up to a 10% credit of invoice total as a freight allowance for the ground portion of the freight charge.
- Certain items are excluded from this program and will be noted on the website and/or print material (generally spare tires, plows, closeout items, drop shipments, etc).
- No free freight or freight allowances will be given on past due accounts.
International Shipments
- All international shipments ship at actual freight cost and will be quoted prior to shipment. International orders will receive a 10% of invoice freight allowance.
Standard Plus Packages (UPS Oversized)
- Oversized items that are noted online or printed materials (generally canopies / roofs, plows) are NOT included in the free freight policy.
- Single shipment items will be billed at actual freight.
- Multiple oversized items will be consolidated onto a pallet, shipped and billed to the dealer using our flat rate LTL freight map.
- WBDC reserves the right to choose the method of shipment.
Non-Standard Packages (LTL)
- Warehouse shipped orders that ship via LTL truck freight, qualify for our flat rate LTL program. See our flat rate LTL freight map below.
- LTL flat rate applies to multi-unit oversized or regular LTL size/weight items.
- Qualifies for warehouse stocked/shipped items only.
- Direct ship / special order items do not qualify for our flat rate freight, and will be billed at standard LTL shipping rates.

Summary — Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping for all dealer orders over $750 shipped on consolidated shipment to KCL.
- 15% Freight charge based on the total order amount.
Direct Ship Package
- Dealer will be charged standard shipping and import fees.
Additional Items That Will Be On Your Invoice
- $30 Flat Rate Brokerage for all orders on consolidated shipment to KCL.
- 5% KCL Distribution Fee. This fee covers the shipping cost from KCL to your dealership.
- 5% GST.
